I mean to some extent its true but you have to look at the numbers to figure out how to cut it and obviously there is no perfect answer.
I tend to lean towards a few more tiers being better than the current proposal but I also like that the broad tiers and numbers that don’t all start with 0 or 1 are totally optimal at combatting those trying to hit targets for airdrop farming.
I honestly advocate for this fully! Although I completely understand and align with the ethos of sharing the pie of super voters with everyone that voted at least 13 times (given the fact that we all live life outside of crypto and that it absolutely is okay to miss some), I strongly advise that the people who voted 17/17 times (which is vast minority of DAO) should get a bonus allo on top of super voters allocation!

Trying to understand the cumulative or exclusive categories one account / wallet might qualify for.
Are all the segments calculated individually and will same wallet get X amount of JUP for the staking and voting + for example X amount of JUP for Perps + X amount for using feats like DCA or JUP Mobile app?
I’m trying to calculate my humble but diversified contributions to the ecosystem and see what the accumulated results could bring.
Thanks for doing all these important different segments and trying to be fair to everyone involved. Not an easy task but seems to be coming together well enough.

The statement that you will not get any jupuary rewards after Nov 2 2024 seems contradictory to what Lochie stated above. I was under the impression stakers also get airdrop rewards at the end of january. Did not see this specific cut off date anywhere. Can someone point me in the direction where I can read about the cut off dates or agreements/criteria to get airdrop rewards as a staker? Thanks
It is not contradictory at all, since @lochie2001 forgot to mention the due date of snapshot for the airdrop, which was stated by @meow to be 2nd of Nov 2024, which was the snapshot date for the Jupuary 1 as well (2nd of Nov 2023).
Stakers will get rewarded based on their respective time weighted voting power before the 2nd of Nov.
Do you really feel it would be possible that the team announces that all stakers will be rewarded in upcoming Jupuary by the approx .1 JUP per 1 JUP staked, you simply buy and stake XXXXXX amount of JUP afterwards and get rewarded for it? Let’s be serious.
That’s right or simply put, all qualifying criteria being currently finalised will be applied to qualifying data from the cut off date.

Ok, so a snapshot date had been set. Being new here I was not aware of this and clearly asked if someone could point me in the direction where I could read about it.
As such it is not about how I feel but rather about where I can read about the JUP rewards process and any qualifying periods which may apply.

Small gift 25 k are you joking right. Respectfully with a gift of 25 k it would not take very long to rack up that 25 million in volume you mentioned. Many got 100 k in the first drop. Anyways I still think in the first round of airdrops it created a lot of new stakers and users with now large holdings. I think it’s a mistake to focus mainly on rewarding bigger sums to those who have more capital. To some degree this is important. But giving people with less capital who are real consistent users also the opportunity to gain more Jup means more users staking more Jup.
