In case you didn’t realize, kevin one of the founder of « PIGMO » is engaging in defamatory remarks towards a company on a public board. And yes – Jupiter can be held liable also if they do not remove such defamatory statements once its been brought to their attention.

So yes, he us potentially hurting Jupiter itself with his actions.

This kind of behavior needs to be prohibited on this public forum, with much needed documentation for Terms of Use, Disclaimer policy, and removal of defamatory statements.
I hope this stops immediately lest further potential damage is done to the reputation of Jupiter by letting irresponsable behavior of one of the founder of « PIGMO » project happen as shown previously on this forum.
Also i read the tokenomics and it seems the team is saying that they will do a buy and burn mechanish for their token, so i guess @meow by letting this team launch their project on the launchpad LFG You are aknowledging that this team is launching a SECURITY token !
So i guess in case of any federal investiguation JUPITER could be held responsable as much as the « PIGMO » project for letting an irresponsable team launch a so called SECURITY token
