Nurturing developers

Title: Proposal for a Learning and Development Group Focused on Jupiter DEX and Solana Blockchain

Introduction: We all know skilled developers are the backbone of any strong blockchain ecosystem, and with Jupiter being a powerful DEX aggregator on Solana, there’s a huge opportunity to grow our community of developers who really know how to work with Jupiter. The idea here is to create a support group, backed by the DAO, that not only introduces people to blockchain and Solana development but also trains them to contribute directly to Jupiter.

Goals:

Onboard and empower new users: We want to get more people familiar with how to actually use Jupiter DEX, and eventually, help them become developers who contribute back to the platform.
Grow the Jupiter ecosystem: The more people understand how to build with Jupiter, the more projects we’ll see coming from our community, adding real value to the ecosystem.
Raise awareness of blockchain and Solana tech: There’s a lot of potential out there, and by reaching people who are genuinely curious, we can help them gain valuable skills while they grow with us.
How We’ll Do It:

Jupiter-Centered Training: We’ll start with the basics :getting people to understand what Jupiter does, how it works, and how they can use it in their own projects. This includes learning the APIs, integration methods, and real-world applications.
Challenges: By hosting hackathons, we can make it fun and competitive. Projects will focus on integrating Jupiter in new ways, so participants are contributing ideas and projects back to the community.
Build Real World Examples: Instead of just theory, we’ll have participants work on real projects. These could be practical tools like a trading dashboard using Jupiter data, or a basic wallet that allows swaps on Solana through Jupiter.
Encourage Community Contributions: This group will show participants how to actually get involved in projects on Jupiter, contribute ideas. We’re building a path for people to stay engaged with Jupiter long after they complete the training.

Conclusion: This proposal is about expanding the Jupiter community with developers and users who really understand the platform and want to build with it. With DAO backing, this group can make a huge difference in bringing new ideas and skilled developers into our ecosystem, contributing directly to the growth and success of Jupiter.

Just a note: I’m not a developer myself ,I’m just putting this idea out there for the community to consider and see if it’s worth pursuing.
