This is a vote with no good outcomes.

I think Meow should withdraw this, and we should talk about how a team of 80 persons needs 220 million Jup? And Jupiter already makes 330+ million usd annually. Even if you deduct buy-back program it is plenty to pay for an all star team triple the size of Jupiter’s. What the hell…

I support the team and I understand the idea but for me, 220M JUP is to much.
I will vote for NO.

Yes, my reply was only addressing the first point.

As to your other concerns, yes 65 new team members will receive an AVERAGE of 4.3M each but some will receive more and others less based on their level of contribution. Also, they will only receive their full allocations if they stay and perform throughout the entire vesting period. As for seeing the results, it will be pretty easy to tell if the Jupiverse is growing and whether or not Jupnet is a success.

I assume your last point is, “to make Jupiter more expensive” and by that you mean token price? If so, token price will follow the success of the protocol. Great products = more users = more demand. Remember, there are 7 billion total JUP tokens and all of them will be in circulation eventually.

Main benefit of voting “NO” is that the 220M JUP from the Community side will be available to use elsewhere.

NO

I am going to have to vote NO.
I agree with @lochie2001 and @Mbolorman

comunity funds should be used for comunity proyects. and team funds for the team, there is not much info, plans, prof of work, I belive the team are doing a great work, but they could be doing so much more.

and the fact that 7% its a hugemungus amount. it is odd to me to ask to doble his own alocation, when this can easyly do 5x. while taking from comunity, what hapend to the 50-50?? and then not giving any atention to proyects or workgroups asking for so little. when already given tones to tribial workgroups???

leave things as they are, and do more work, get more things running not just PUMPFUN, and start lauching micro grants.

my opinion only. witch aint much

"This means that the Bonus makes him the majority holder with control and voting power in Jupiter . Initially, his allocated fund was 280 million . The 'YES ’ vote grants his founder an additional 220 million Jupiters . With 500 million in funds, he becomes a major holder in the Jupiter ecosystem, with the risk of gaining more power for market management and beyond through 500 million Governance Votes . 500 million tokens can be used at the discretion of their creator.

The option for a 'NO '. This is an unfavorable vote to not grant such a high volume of tokens, thus preventing Jupiter from becoming more centralized and controlled ."

Really love to see when discussion is always packed, but this usually happens only when votes are related to money. Hopefully there will be more exchange of opinion across all different topics, that will help expand awareness of all of us so that we can grow together.

In general for this topic i deeply wish that the decision that will end out winning is the right one for Jupiverse longterm and supports longevity of the project. As if the project lives long and abundant, so will their supporters. Time will tell. :crystal_ball:

Okay, @meow, I love the long-term mindset, but…

I’m leaning towards a NO vote. Here’s why:

  1. The Bonus Feels Excessive: Offering a 220M JUP bonus on top of the 283M JUP allocation seems too much, especially since it’s coming from the community reserve. This could dilute value for other holders.

  2. Sticking to the Original Plan Maintains Trust: Keeping the original June 2026 unlock date shows consistency and transparency. Changing it now might set a bad precedent for bending rules when it suits insiders.

  3. Team Reserve Exists for a Reason: The reserve was meant for situations like this. Using it instead of your tokens would prevent setting a precedent where founders leverage their stakes for more benefits.

If you truly believe in Jupiter’s long-term vision, the original timeline shouldn’t be an issue.

Voting NO isn’t about rejecting your contributions and vision

It’s about keeping things fair and balanced for the entire community.

Best.

I’m sorry BZ, I think you answered to someone else’s post. Mine was point 2 about the unlocking of Meow’s allocation and point 3 about his motivation etc.

Would love to hear your opinion :heart_hands:t2:
