we promote and improve Jupiter at the maximum level for our audience in their native (Ukrainian) language without barriers in language
Project Details
Our initiative is to unify and make publicly available information about Jupiter and its ecosystem (including all news) in addition to this, to attract as many people as possible and inform those who know about us but are not so active.
The plan includes:

expansion of social networks in the Ukrainian language (we have an impressive page in (X) Twitter) And of course, attract participants to our (recently opened) chat in the Ukrainian language We are going to use our Twitter community as much as possible! And we are doing well! We also want to make more professional graphics (pictures) but if you look now they are also at a decent level! The plans include daily posts and high quality threads

We plan to hold meetings similar to PPP hours We will work with CAWG members who are already involved in Wcatdets! and we will be able to improve this process.we would not mind doing it in real life for greater communication. meetings in IRL are a priority for us, we will try to make them happen as often as possible (at least once a month), the more the better

we want to make a lot of prize draws for our community in social networks (as practice shows) a lot of people come from there and in the plans to develop it as much as possible
And since we know Jupiter is a big family and it has a lot of participants from different countries of the world. And a big problem is that English (as the main language) is known not by everyone and not even half, but much less!

What are you currently working on in the Jupiverse?
At the moment we are slowly developing our regional initiative. We do everything possible to deliver information as quickly as possible to those who need it, make memes and entertaining content on social networks and maintain a friendly atmosphere in the chat in our native language! We represent our region at various events, for example (PPP hours), and recently an interview was done with IrishFTW | JUP & JUICE for their podcast (soon to be released)

What does your grant aim to achieve in the DAO, and how does it intend to scale over time once it reaches the WG stage?
Our grant is aimed at the productive development of our community as a whole! Discord server statistics show that our chat is in 4th place in terms of activity! And this is only in the first month of opening! We are doing everything possible to increase turnover and promotion. If we talk about the end of this period! We will not stop there, but will only move forward and will cooperate for a very long time.
How will these funds help you scale up what you’ve been working on and the Jupiverse?
Team : we take 45% of the amount for timely and high-quality service of our association of Ukraine
Meetings : plan to take 35% and arrange and make special conditions for our students who will be there! we plan to do this often online and a little less often in real life
Community and prize draws : took 15% to provide interesting competitions and guarantee the receipt of awards to those who will perform them and also to share active catdets jupiter Ukraine
Other : 5% for those expenses that we may not foresee
Goals and Milestones
the first goal will be to increase the number of active real audience on twitter to 1000 subscribers!
the next goal is to open and promote the page and try to duplicate in other social networks
then holding regional meetings of PPP and Wcatdets (at a more accessible time )
PPP Hours we plan to hold two or three times a week at lunchtime
WCatdets also two or three times a week on other days from PPP meetings so that every day people could have something to do to entertain themselves
an important goal for us will be to try to hold a meeting in real life with our community We plan to hold a trial meeting within a month after approval.
and of course organizing events and activities with an expansion of participants
Primary Key Performance Indicator
our main key performance indicator will be that by the views we want to achieve (stable more than 100,000 views per month only in X) and activity of our social networks we can understand how fast we are developing! also the chat discord will be able to show us the growth in indicators and understand how well we are moving! For us, it will be considered a success to hold PPP (regional) and Wcatdets meetings on schedule, each 2-3 times a week the number of visits and the interest of our community! this data will not be closed and everyone can be convinced of this.
