I was thinking it would even make sense to try and launch a vote after a planetary call as a habit, so then if people miss out on what’s happening, but they turn up for each call they get the surprise at the end that “this is the one, this week we launch a vote after explaining its merits”.

Yeah maybe we can’t know ahead of time if a vote will or won’t happen this month, but maybe if they endeavor to make votes that do go live happen after a planetary call or town hall, people would know when best to check in so they can plan for it.
It doesn’t phase me much, i’m just going by complaints I see quite regularly and wondering how it can be done better in future for those effected.
