Hello family, I have been thinking some time in a project that I my point of view could add a lot of value and utility to Jupiter ecosystem and $JUP token.
As all we know, One of the industries where more money moves is music industry and at this moment there is not a real place in SOLANA where people can listen and buy music in a professional way.
At this moment, BANDCAMP is the platform where more sell volume can reach in independent artists and is just the moment to make it real in JUPITER. (I know there are a a lot of music talent in the DAO)
I propose a place where musicians can sell their music in some way and receive the money directly to their solana wallet and I would also add the option that if they prefer, the money will arrive through Pay Pal to facilitate the integration of web2 and web3 users. Breaking the barrier of these two worlds and facilitating their integration.
IGGY AZALEA. We have the opportunity of start with artists as Iggy azalea in our mindset to promote the site, IGGY is in our fam!! And also may she interest to offer her music and you can pay in $MOTHER?? Sounds nice for the artist can use here own coin. This could be a mass adoption in artist that want to develop their own coins.
One key is: in BANDCAMP the fee is a lot and I think this is a great point where blockchain and specially solana can solve. Other point is that in band camp you can upload any work to sell without limitation and for free, that is a point that should be thought very well how to develop.
Other Key is: is really really important and I saw that is not worked fine in other projects is the search system by musical genres, specially in Electronic music, where there ara so many genres and sub genres where the correct search by genres should be a priority, all musicians hate to filter by Techno and later where you play the song you say… fuck… this is not techno… So for this purpose I think the better way is where the musician is going to upload a song only can put 1 or 2 tags for genre and also put a system where users can vote if the think the genre tag is wrong so in that case if there are a lot of votes a human can do eventually this work of curate and we can generate works inside the platform for people who love listen and curate music, isn’t it? Sounds a good job. Hehe
I also have think the option of offer better options in the price for users if you pay in $JUP to add a great value to the token and also have thing in better options for musicians if the stake some $JUP in a way to engage more users to the J4J ecosystem.
I have been thinking about the 50% of the fees generated in the platform could go to buy more Jup in a Litterbox for future ASR maby or burn? Could be a good vote in the DAO 
I am not sure if there is some similar ideas in the forum. Out of here I have experimented with some web3 music projects in Solana like NINA protocol or audius but really I don’t like so much… I have been using since all the bear market but in don’t see their interest in innovate and put the effort for the artist and developers..
I am DJ and Producer and I think we can break the industry. If you are curious about my music or anything related with my vision in the industry just look for DJ NERDIBOY in google and you will have a lot of place to listen my music or whatever.. I promise that I don’t want to make any kind of spam I am just doing to put in context my vision as part of the music industry that miss a great platform in SOLANA to make our things.
