GUM Introduction: Credible - Trade tokenized RWA on Jupiter

Credible Black logo
:eye: Vision: Tokenization with “Proof of Liquidity”

:rocket: Mission: To leverage tokenization with proof of liquidity to maximize the potential of tokenized RWAs in the Web3 ecosystem.

:speech_balloon: Description: Credible is a comprehensive asset tokenization DeFi protocol featuring a proof of liquidity layer. It supports both third-party verified asset tokenization and permissionless, community-led, bonding curve-based tokenization. The liquidity layer enables liquid staking, AMMs, RWALend, and RWASwap, allowing liquidity providers to earn from multiple positions by providing initial liquidity for tokenization.

:ringer_planet: GUM, Jupiter Ecosystem and Credible

It’s simple, Credible tokenizes the RWAs and makes them tradable on Jupiter.

Asset Owner: Anyone with an asset to tokenize, ranging from financial instruments like private credit bonds and artist IPs to even a pet dragon.

Credible: A tokenization liquidity protocol that maximizes the capabilities of tokenized assets.

  • Tokenization Liquidity Pool: A mechanism for tokenizing yield-generating assets such as financial instruments, debt funds, commercial real estate, commercial vehicles, private equity, and similar. The yield is passed to tokenized asset holders. Verification and rating of asset owners/issuers are performed by Credora, Brickken, DeFactor, and other rating and tokenization platforms.

  • Tokenization Bonding Curve: A mechanism for assets that cannot be fully verified, rated, or valued. Verifiers perform soft checks based on information from the asset owner/issuer and vote on their confidence in the asset. This community-led bonding curve mechanism, set at a $100,000 market cap, ensures fair price determination and prevents rug pulls through equitable distribution.

  • Liquid Staking of Tokenized Assets: To avoid speculation by traders, the underlying fixed value of verified assets is maintained through liquid staking of tokenized assets, yielding CRED and issuing a tradable LST.

  • Vaults: USDC, SOL, and CRED vaults are auto-allocated for LST pairing in AMM liquidity pools on Raydium, Orca, and Meteora.

  • Verifier: Institutional assets are verified and rated by entities like Credora, Brickken, and DeFactor. Community assets undergo soft checks, with these verifiers voting for confidence. Verifiers earn a fee each time a tokenized asset is issued in a pool or traded on a bonding curve.

  • AMM Manager: A contract that uses CPI to deploy LST pairs onto Orca, Raydium, and Meteora liquidity pools.

AMMs & CLMMs: Credible’s AMM manager supplies LST + SOL, LST + USDC, and LST + CRED pairs to liquidity pools on Raydium, Meteora, and Orca.

Jupiter: As an aggregator DEX, Jupiter makes the tokenized LST assets, which are supplied with liquidity to Raydium, Meteora, and Orca liquidity pools, tradable.

 Why Build Credible

RWA tokenization is often complicated, administrative, illiquid, and exhaustive, leading to the absence of secondary markets like staking, trading, lending, and borrowing for tokenized asset holders. A DeFi approach was needed to address these challenges, which is why we built Credible.

:bulb: Fun fact: Blackrock states “Tokenization is a $10 Trillion opportunity,” but in reality, less than $3 billion worth of tokenized assets have liquidity, according to FortuneBusiness Insights.

:volcano: Credible’s Impact on the Web3 Ecosystem

Credible ensures “proof of liquidity” for RWA tokenization, maximizing the use cases of tokenized assets, such as staking, swapping, lending, and borrowing. Additionally, Credible’s SDK will enable developers to create RWA tokenization DApps.

:checkered_flag: Current Status & What’s Next

Feedback:

  1. Upload your logo as user-avatar and give the account some profile fill, just to not look so plain.
  2. Remove the Blackrock fun fact, it seems audacious and unnecessarily attention grabbing. Your Intro is good and gives value, it does not need that really, might ring bad with more then do good in general.
  3. Very good that you show transparency and have a team with good Linkedin profiles. Highlight them more! Put the link not at bottom of the person, show it in bold next to their name.
  4. Tell Jacob to get a unique self-set Linkedin handle (so the weird numbers go away) Just three clicks, it looks better.
  5. Sorry but also tell Jacob to get a better Telegram handle, such names like “jm343” remind too many Community Managers on botaccounts. Yes, have a heart for CM’s.
  6. Expand more on the topic in comprehensive written form to show “What, why and how does Credible benefit the Jupiter ecosystem”. You want to resonate with the users here, so give them food for thought. Anything is allowed, even visionary and aspirational.

General Questions:

The main pitch seems to be verified asset tokenization plus proof of liquidity layer. How verified is verified here?

Institutional assets are verified and rated by entities like Credora, Brickken, and DeFactor. Community assets undergo soft checks, with these verifiers voting for confidence.

How does that translate, how can this be unserstood and what safety mechanisms are in place?

New to participating in RWA, can tokenized assets be traded as simply as it could be done in sharky.
