Future of Jupiter and Importance of Regional Management

Future of Jupiter and Importance of Regional Management

With the rapid advancement of global technology and the ever-expanding crypto economy, the role of regional management culture in promoting projects has become an increasingly relevant topic for projects and users.

The crypto space has been on a huge recovery path in 2024 and expected to make amazing move in 2025.
The current state of the crypto market is dynamic and constantly evolving.
Cryptocurrencies such as Jupiter , have gained significant popularity and have become mainstream investment options.
Users are attracted to the Jupiter’s potential high performans with almost zero platform costs, as well as the decentralized nature of their technology and versatile solutions.
However, the crypto market is also known for its volatility, unpredictability and safety problems , which can make it challenging for investors and users to navigate.
It is important for users and investors to have a clear understanding of the current state of the project, benefits and “how to” answers of products before making any decisions.

Even though currently it may seem lack of activity in some regions still it is vital importance to provide best service to regions and bring new users to the jupiter.

To explain it better Turkey will be used as an example ;

According to the reports
In Turkey
*Volume of crypto trade passed 1 trillion $

*Nearly half of the population is either started or willing to start crypto (Population is also huge advantage : nearly 90 million)

*Majority of turkish people don’t know a second language which makes it difficult to understand concepts in other languages.

The focus is not only for Turkey, the images and informations shared above are for a better understanding of need for regionalamangement. These informations can be applied to similar many other regions too.

Jupiter’s solutions are universal but regional user targeting is still lack of enough support. Currently Discord and official Twitter page is providing informations but still foreign countries users having problem tos tay up to date about innovations and emerging news.
In addition to that sometimes regions are having platform based technical problems such as bandwidth or regulations from authorities to temporarily ban some instruments such as Discord or X… Or during the most active times (such as airdrop or reward times) local people are more vulnarable against scam attemps in the lack of enough regional language support. In these times a regional manager can read the needs of their region and serve their best performance to reach more people , share new informations , explain how to use new products, pros/cons and provide safety instructions in case of need.

In terms of Jupiter activity, the end of the year is getting close meaning activity and demand for answers is expected to be crazy high. It is crucial to maintain good service and welcome every new member and keep them engaged for long term goals of jupiter universe.

Previously the need for regional expand also has been mentioned. In this article it can be seen that the ambassador could play a key role as matchmaker, both collecting data and managing the organization of the event.
Jupiter Regional

For these ideals with the help of some catdets and culture of cats we prepared some new elements to create a better approach to regional management. For a while some super dedicated members have been trying their best to manage their local channels and in the light of these necessities there is a common idea of need of a new responsibility as “Region Manager ” or “Language Ambassador”.

As a start the responsiblities of Ambassadors are

1- Educational contents in local discord channel
objective:
→offer a quality welcome with supporting documents

2- Social media account (support team in local language, X account minimum)
objective:
→develop Jupiter’s presence in the community that speaks local language,
→systematically relay team publications in local language to increase their impact (announcements from discord, products updates)

3- Vocal channel support in discord
→calls, regional events, meetings

4- newsletter in local language (optional long term goal)
objective:
→provide a weekly support base for those who do not work full-time in the cryptosphere

5- Regional Website (Optional long term goal)

Being as Co- Founders of these ideas we thought of a new role “Language Ambassador ” which can be claimed by members that have already been working as local channel handler or if they are not interrested in can be given to interested worthy members by the decision of working group/team.
Currently we have these candidates for ambassador duty;

-Toddler for the Spanish-speaking world,
-MetaApex for the Arabic-speaking world,
-Vengeful Demon for the Turkish-speaking world
-Chaman for the French-speaking world

A new role means new responsibilities and gives encouragement for moving beyond. We will experience , analyse, improve and adapt to the new system fort he greater good of Jupiter all over the world.

Clearly thought about this a lot, i think you’re right new role should be introduced and they should be rewarded for their efforts. Growing JUP across different regions and making it accessible is the whole point of growing the DAO. Great write up

It’s a good idea. I am an investor in the Star Atlas project and we have what we call “Brew” which are vocal meetings which recap what has been done by the team and leave room for people to be able to express themselves. If it comes together, it could be good.

P.s. @chaman gat already my vote!
LFG Jup!

I have to agree with this, I know a lot is done in the USA but if we are to onboard everyone we have to adapt to all languages , communication is key to understanding, understanding is key to accepting.

Can’t wait to see something like this in the community. Some of our local channels are shy due to some communication barrier but they love to talk with us via local channel.

Good luck with this bud!

I fully support this idea! Having regional managers and Language Ambassadors is an excellent idea. I’ve following @jupipotes ( the french community) for a while now on X they are doing a great job making things easier , specially for those who struggle to understand english.

Excellent stuff! it’s great to see @VengefulDemon with these ideas.

I think the entire Jupiverse is in alignment: Regional/Offline efforts are important, and we want to encourage it more.

However, I think the way we get here is different. We need folks to rise up in their respective areas/regions/countries/languages, and start onboarding users.

After achieving early traction and success, the goal would then be to scale in your own country, automate the process to keep onboarding users, before replicating success in other countries by guiding other folks there.

I think we havent achieve the first step yet, which is the success of a particular runbook in a single country, before the goal is to replicate and scale that success elsewhere.

I would love to see many ambitious Catdets, all with their own ideas, in their own parts of the world, try what they think is right.

If this is you, reach out to me on Telegram with a quick pitch.

I like this idea, I have a deal with Toddle. We can expand together the idea of Jupiter on the @jupiterspanish Twitter for all those Spanish speakers who want to know a little more and who have difficulty with the language.

This is a very insightful and well-written analysis of the importance of regional management in the crypto space, particularly for projects like Jupiter.

You’ve identified some key challenges and opportunities:

  • The rapid growth of the crypto market: The global adoption of cryptocurrencies is accelerating, with regions like Turkey demonstrating a significant interest and participation.
  • The need for localized communication: With language barriers and cultural differences, reaching new users requires tailored communication strategies.
  • Security and safety concerns: The volatility and unpredictability of the crypto market make it crucial to provide clear, accessible information and support.
  • The potential of regional managers: Dedicated individuals with a deep understanding of their regions can bridge the gap between the project and users, fostering trust and engagement.

Your proposed solution of creating “Region Managers” or “Language Ambassadors” is a very compelling one. These individuals would be invaluable for:

  • Localizing content: Translating materials and adapting communication styles for different audiences.
  • Building community: Engaging with users, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
  • Raising awareness: Promoting the project’s features and benefits in a culturally relevant way.
  • Improving security: Educating users on best practices and identifying potential scams.

It’s clear that you’ve put a lot of thought into this and have a strong understanding of the needs of the project. I believe your proposed solution has the potential to significantly enhance Jupiter’s success in reaching new users and solidifying its position in the market.

I’m excited to see how these initiatives evolve and contribute to the future of Jupiter. Keep up the great work!

Shout out to @jupipotes ( FR community ) for making a huge difference in our community! :raised_hands:
Many struggle to understand English, but that’s where regional management becomes crucial. As Jupiter continues to grow and expand globally, it’s essential we offer support in various languages, because Jupiter isn’t just for one region—it’s for the world! :earth_africa:

Accounts like @jupipotes by @chaman and @Heretik23_PunK are doing amazing work with bounties (and they deserve funding!) similar to Jupuplink. It’s important everyone gets to participate in these opportunities and fun events, no matter the language barrier. Everyone deserves a chance to be part of the future of Jupiter.

@ made me learn so much about jupiter with a fun way and that’s why i could never appreciate them enough.

No cat left behind! :paw_prints::rocket:
