Hi, everyone.
We are making separation of the launchpad and documentation. We have made progress on both platforms already. Launchpad will be launched on the main website, while the documentation will be in a subdomain powered by Gitbook.
We are also proud to announce that our team got accepted into the SuperTokyo dotHax Incubation by Superteam Japan to kick off this August 2024!
We will review and adjust our business model if found necessary during the doxHax Incubation. Superteam Japan is earnest in supporting us, and together, we will (try to) win the Radar Global Hackathon by Colosseum Solana in very early September 2024.
With these recent developments, our team decided to launch SOuL FSTs only after the results of the Radar Hackathon.

Hi, everyone.
We have some exciting news regarding our participation in the dotHAX Incubation program with dotHAX and Superteam Japan:
- Our mentor has provided us with excellent feedback, affirming that our Business Model is not only viable but also self-sustaining. He praised how our passion is clearly reflected in the model, demonstrating our expertise in what we aim to build. He emphasized that we are well-prepared and are pioneering a new industry within the blockchain space.
With this recent development, SOuL is now recognized as the “Real World Ecosystem with Solana, leading to social impact, starting with regenerative forestry.”
- Last night, we presented to a representative and judge from the Radar Hackathon. The only question he had was when we could submit a working product on the testnet, so we will be focusing on this in the coming week.
- We have already established partnerships with several companies, including cacao farmers and importers, as well as a corporation interested in acquiring not only Carbon Credits but also other types of credits we plan to develop. These credits will serve as a value-adding alternative or replacement to Carbon Credits.
- Due to the strong viability of SOuL, our mentor has invited several venture capitalists in Japan, and we have been asked to pitch our Business Model again this afternoon.
On a final note, we would like to express our concerns regarding a situation involving a successful project that has recently launched. Last Monday, during a preparatory pitch at a coworking space, our co-founder presented the concepts of “LST 2.0” and “Real-World Ecosystems (RWE) Products and Services (PASS)” in one pitch statement. These terms were used to describe the characteristics of our “Fluid Earning Tokens (LSTs converted into RWE enterprises and becoming FETs or LETs).” Our sentiment is straightforward—these ideas originated from us, and we hoped for some decency and respect in allowing us to publish them first. Our co-founder has been working diligently to identify and describe the elements of the business model, incorporating recommendations from her mentor since arriving in Tokyo last Saturday night. To be clear, while these words and ideas are not patented, we expect that sources are credited whenever ideas or data are used within this progressive community, just as we do in our pitches by including a ‘Source:’ reference.
We are currently in discussions among the co-founders regarding this incident and how to prevent it from happening again. Additionally, our Idea Co-Founder is increasingly concerned about sharing more details about our project with the public, fearing that others might program this complex and comprehensive project faster than we can. As a result, our team is considering a different approach to Community/Co-ownership, possibly targeting only those who truly believe in the project and moving forward from there. There is also an ongoing debate among team members about whether or not to submit this project to the Radar Hackathon, given the emerging trust issues.
For those who would like a simple description of the project, here it is:
SOuL is an LST provided as a reward to early adopters within the community—whether individuals or corporations—who staked their SOLs and helped collect valuable and accurate data. This data can include information on trees, forests, threats such as illegal logging, weather patterns like rain and floods, bird populations, and more.
Once the LST is released following the maturity of certain milestones (to be determined), the community will have the option to become co-owners of the SOuL project, as it is fully decentralized. They can do this by converting their LSTs into FETs or LETs, which are then vested in Real-World Ecosystems Products and Services upon reaching specific maturity milestones. For example, a milestone could be reached once seedlings are planted or when an ecotourism site opens and begins generating entrance fees. By becoming co-owners, they will hold stakes in forest assets, forest harvests, service fee payments, and other related ventures. Currently, 25 products and services have been prepared within SOuL, submitted as outputs to dotHAX, all of which have been deemed viable and integral to a self-sustaining strategy.
SOuL will remain resilient and will continue its work, whether in this space or another.

We did a fantastic job! We received a lot of applause from previous hackathon winners, and we are now fully committed to submitting to the Radar Hackathon. Our strong features include RWEcosystems as real earnings, DEPIN with gamified graphics, and more.
We’re currently consolidating recommendations and feedback to incorporate into our submission. Our focus will be on the initial viable product.
A venture capitalist has expressed interest in SOuL, and we’ll continue the conversation after the Radar Hackathon.
