Proposal: Postponing Jupuary by one year

even i could understand what your upto and what you want as long there is reward there are stakers unlike platform power users who show up daily not maybe relying just on rewards but incentive is what attracts and keep engaging not like staking which barely cost few clicks every few months.

imo teams didnt even wanted to put up for vote knowing it would skew but still ASR rewards is what still yet to be initiated on same january, so an interaction might count and sentiment level could be examined would be the priority.

the way roadmap was designed and everything was planned on day one and now a barrier and rebuild is just because your satisfaction level hits the mark and bagged as much as required.

Believe or not but I also have a large volume on JUP, all POAPs (claimed from call, not from secondary, so I was on every call), role on discord and even with all of this I am against Jupuary. You can’t say everyone who voting against it is here just for few clicks.

i do think the tokenomics was invented analyzing the future drop which jupuary 1 would attract more new users after all eventually it did, imma kinda on a edge just jumping from XRP and nervously exploring the ecosystem everything seems to be new but i do feel incentive can be encouraging at somepoint to furthermore keep more excited, surprisingly i am already on chat with my fellow community members and still figuring it out how to onboard.

I’m thinking about sustainability short term and long term. I knew about the jupuary but didn’t think it would affect price action this much. I also didn’t know it would be up for a vote and discussion so here I am. I am against mass dilution devaluing the value of the token. I’m not here for the rewards, I bought my jup on open market as well. I invested because it’s a great project n should see a good return on investment in the next 12-18 months. If I have any say it will be for the least amount of dilution period. I didn’t donate my money to a cause. Truth be told I wish I put my money somewhere else but now I’m sorta stuck weighing out my options

What can I say? Good luck! We all have decisions to make after this.
Some people are saying “let the votes speak.”
I say, let the time speak. If 100 fat wallets get to decide for 70%-80% of the community, time will tell if this was the right decision.
Nothing is guaranteed in this market. No matter what, we have to adjust and keep going.
One more time, good luck to you!

Thank for the kind words and being able to have a civil convo. Good luck to you as well! I think everything discussed is important but I guess my priority is anti-inflation. That’s what got me into crypto in the first place lol

I’d support the second proposal.
