This may look like a good idea but it is not needed, as JLP and JUP serve different purposes as @Doc explained in his post.

I know itā€™s been said but JLP is providing liquidity for the Perps exchange. Canā€™t combine them as they have separate utility. JUP is for governance and voting. Man may not like the risk associated with JLP for a governing token.

Iā€™d probably prefer to keep them separate, thereā€™s lotā€™s of good arguments one way and the other, thatā€™s just my gut reaction.
