This is an awesome and welcomed idea 
- Great Job!.
It is also timely considering the current cracking state of the Jupiverse DAO community due to the 2030 Proposal and other issues of independent small creators contributing to the DAO are being underrated and forced to meet up some high standards without considering that they are individuals trying their best to contribute in their own way with their own resource in growing the Jupiverse pie.
It’s a sign that our community voices are gradually been heard and responded to (Hopefully we have concrete permanent actions like this to address other DAO community areas of concern and not just temporary reactions with no lasting solutions).
I have identified some problems and suggested some debatable solutions in my open letter which I think I should link here instead of re-posting it for check.

- Partially Transparent Leadership
- Non-Open Grants/Bounty
- Non-Diversity In Embracing Community Independent Creators/Contributors
- The DAO grants team’s current focus and approach aren’t good enough (+ my inspiring story on how to do it better)
