@Pythonia This collective exists and has already made a proposal ((Introducing the Regional Jupiter Initiative): rejected). All ambassadors are invited to join us to find support and first-hand information to help them build their project.
As far as the grant application is concerned, each region can now apply individually to support the development of Jupiter’s presence in its own language zone, with the help of @julianhzhu from CAWG.
I’ll be publishing an article shortly in which I’ll be more specific about the ambassador collective, as there are still some misunderstandings within the community about how it works.
