We belive it already has proven its self as such. The first true chain after Bitcoin (and maybe arguably Ethereum) that has manage to break out and build a community of native users that did not originate from a different chain.
We belive with Solanaâs Community, Usability and growth potential, matched with Bitcoins Provenance, Security and Untapped Liquidity, this truly is a match made in crypto heaven.
A question that we get a lot and I understand why. But please let me explain just how different we are:
Zeusâs primary focus is on achieving a very difficult and important solution, âHow do we get trustless & permissionless Bitcoin on Solanaâ. While we admire the team for what they are doing, this is a large task that takes time and a lot of concentrated energy to solve.
At MineLabs we share the same beliefs as Zeus around Bitcoin x Solana but are focused on a very different problem. âHow do we connect these chains on many levels, from a community, team and tech perspective, to unlock the full potential of this marriage while acknowledging the the potential of the entire growing Bitcoin Economy past just BTC its selfâ.
Our solution comes in a number of form and due to the granular structure of our solution many of these are already built and being used right now.
This started initially with building out the infrastructure required to make Runes a usable asset. From our own decentralised Runes indexer, to the Portfolio manager and Runes Protocol Screener. These are the fundamental building blocks that power the back end of all our present and future cross chain tech.
From their our focus has turned to building out our Solana bridge. But this bridge does not just connect Runes to Solana but also the emerging BTC L2 space. By integrating Solana in to all aspects of the growing Bitcoin economy we belive we are laying the ground work for a truly interoperable future for Bitcoin x Solana.
Finially we have some huge plans in the works from our own cross chain Solana LST, to a Runes launching and trading terminal utilizing NEAR to power fast and cheap cheap native L1 SOL <> Runes trading.
So I hope you can see while we are very much aligned with Zeus on there mission we do not see them as competitors and more co builders working towards a unified goal.
Thanks mate. We have always strived for big ambitions while breaking down the problem in to solvable solutions. This has allowed us to stay product first always and provide working solutions that are impacting the industry already. Just take the very active Pups bridge integration for example.
While we are not a huge team we are always growing and we have been working ridicules hours to keep pace with others in the space. Fully bootstrapped from day and looking forwards to what the future hold. With the JUP communities support at our backs we will be able to super charge our iterative development process and bring more great tech to the market.
