I like the thoughtfulness working group. That said, could we also hear more about milestones and objectives including any clawback provisions in case members have misconduct ensuring the group is accountable for their decisions and actions. To start, the smaller allocations makes sense and based on performance, greater allocations can be voted on later.

Hey I’m not sure if you were able to attend the townhall today, but we addressed a few of these things

  1. In regards to point 2, this is something that will be the focus of the next week. We want to plot out the processes for catdets to get more involved.

  2. In regards to point 3, this is something meow talked about. He said that this would be addressable in the event that a working group became inactive.

I would love for you to ping me in the discord and talk to you about some of these items.

I think especially point 2 will be crucial going forward.

Howdy Leland! This is what the DAO’s $10mm USDC budget is for — IMO, people should be paid in $$$ for work, and long-term aligned with vested $JUP allocations.

On the final proposal we’re going to be increasing our USD ask by $50k and reducing our JUP ask by 500k to reflect this.

I agree with HoplaGeiss, 2.5-5M is at least 10 times and potentially much more than the annual salary. I agree that 100k-400k could be a good incentive, still at least double the annual salary.

Trying to seek more voting power by having a millionaire’s vault doesn’t seem ideal to me. If CWG want voting power, they could create a multisignature account where the tokens belong to no one but the DAO and can never be sold, but still affect voting power.

Hey Toddler! You can perhaps compare this with a RSU. As with any startup or large company engagement, management usually gets both a salary and a RSU agreement for long-term alignment.
